RECIPE OF MASALA CHICKEN


MY LOVE MASALA CHICKEN💖
Hello My Pretty Readers, today i am super excited to share this recipe with all of you.
This is one of my favourite recipe and one of my home secret recipe, In North India every one loves chicken and their are plenty of recipe of chicken available. everyone has their unique style of cooking chicken. chicken is tasty in every form. You can make chicken in numerous possible ways and you can also give it your twist and thats the fun thing about cooking. Don't limit yourself just explore t
like me. chicken is a good source of protien and this recipe is much spicy. so its good for weight loss and building muscles.
SO LET'S START WITH THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. CHICKEN (500 gm)
  2. ONIONS (200 gm) OR you can take 4 big onions or 5 small onions
  3. GINGER GARLIC PASTE (2 tsp)
  4. BLACK PEPPER AND CUMIN PASTE (2 tsp)
  5. RED CHILLI POWDER ( 2 tsp)
  6. TURMERIC POWDER ( 1 tsp)
  7. CORIANDER POWDER ( 2 tsp)
  8. CUMIN POWDER ( 1/2 tsp)
  9. GARAM MASALA ( 1 tsp)
  10.  CHICKEN MASALA ( 1 tsp)
  11. SALT ( as per taste)
  12. KASURI METHI OR DRIED FENUGREEK LEAF 
  13. TOMATOES ( 1 piece)
  14. BAY LEAF ( 2 )
  15. RED CHILL ( 3 )

METHOD OF COOKING:

  1.  first wash the chicken thoroughly and keep aside and prepare the other things for marinating the chicken
  2. then chop the onion length wise and keep aside then prepare the ginger garlic paste and the cumin and black pepper. keep them aside
  3. take the chicken in a bowl add onions ( keep few onions for frying) and all the paste and powdered spices. keep it in the refrigerate for 30 mins 

4. now add oil in a pan and then add bay leafs and dried red chilli. once they release their aroma, add few cut onions and cooked them until soft.
5. add the marinated chicken and fry it for around 5 mins and then add tomatoes and again fry for another 5 mins 
6. cover the pan and leave it for 15 mins, stir occasionally                                                               
7. after 15 min once the chicken is tender add chicken masala and kasuri meethi                              
8. let it cook for another 5 mins and then add fresh coriander leafs and stir                                       
9. masala chicken is ready to serve hot and spicy.                                                                                 
10. serve it with rice or roti. it will tatse amazing with anything
