CHILLI SOYA BEAN
HELLO FRIENDS..
Hope all of you liked my first recipe on this blog which was very famous gajar ka halwa.
Now today i am gonna talk about a delicious recipe which contain lots of protien.
Its more famous among the children because it contains their favourite sauces, which satisfy all the taste bud of thier tiny mouths.
So, today's recipe is chilli soyabean, it's not an indian recipe. It's a chinese recipe modified by indian as per their taste. so it got a twist.
it's especially for the vegeterians as they are able to taste chilli chicken. its a substitute for the chilli chicken.
But it has more protien than chilli chicken. Soyabean is very good for brain health. So you can give this dish to growing children for good brain health and over all protien.
SO LET'S START
INGRIDIENTS:-
- SOYABEAN(250 gm)
- TWO ONIONS
- ONE CAPSICUM
- 8-10 GREEN CHILLIES( sliced)
- 2 RED CHILLI
- TWO tsp GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- SOYA SAUCE(2 tsp)
- RED CHILLI SAUCE(1tsp)
- TOMATO KETCHUP(4tsp)
- SALT (as per taste)
- SUGAR( half tsp)
- VINEGAR(1tsp)
METHOD OF COOKING:-
- First boil the water and put some salt in it. Once it's boil then add soyabean and cook the for 5 mins.
- Squeeze them in a boil and set them aside for use. Now prepare the ginger garlic paste
- Heat a pan and put some oil in it. On ce the oil is warm put the soyabeans in it. Let them shallow fry for 1 min. then put them in a bowl.
- then again put some oil in the pan. Let it warm, once warmed add red chllies, then add sliced onions and green chillies
- Saute them until the onions turn soft
- Then add capsicum and fry them untill soft.
- Then add vinegar, soya sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix them well enough
- Put the soyabeans in the pan and now the most interesting thing in the world😍
- Add tomato ketchup. here's the awesome thing. Their is no restriction in adding sauce, you can add sauce as much you want.
- Stir well every thing and add salt and sugar in them. cook for few mins. Serve hot😉
