Recipe Of Kheer

KHEER is the most common sweet dish in INDIA and every one wants to learn how to make kheer but today the recipe of kheer which is i m going to teach today is slightly different than other kheers. It is bengali kheer or i should say bengali paesh. It taste heaven. Its very sweet just like the bengalis and it melts in your mouth. It brings water in my mouth every time i see this kheer. SO LETS START WITH THE RECIPE 😋 INGREDIENTS: 100 gm RICE (I prefer govind bhog rice but you can take rice) 100 gm BATASHA ( you can get it in any Indian store) SUGAR (10 tsp) GREEN CARDAMON POWDER  DRY FRUITS ( 25 gm)  GHEE ( 2 tsp) MILK ( 500 gm) METHOD OF COOKING:  first wash the rice and mix ghee in it and keep aside for later use  in a pan pour the milk and turn the flame on of the gas  put the milk on it and let it boil very nicely once the milk is boiled add the rice in it and stir, cover the pan and let the rice cook for 15 mins stir the rice...

This recipe is for non-vegs but don't worry vegetarian, i will come up very soon with some awesome recipes for you all😊 I am gonna talk about a very famous fish in Bengal i.e PATYA( BUTTERFISH). One of my favourite dish in the menu. Its more famous among the children because it contains their favourite sauces, which satisfy all the taste bud of thier tiny mouths. So, today's recipe is chilli soyabean, it's not an indian recipe.
