Hiiiiiiiiiii! my awesome readers. Today is the day for the non vegetarians. This recipe is for non-vegs but don't worry vegetarian, i will come up very soon with some awesome recipes for you all😊 I am gonna talk about a very famous fish in Bengal i.e PATYA( BUTTERFISH). One of my favourite dish in the menu. Bengalis cook this fish in some other ways but in my house we cook it in a spicy desi masaledar way, which is my favourite. if you love spice you gonna love this dish. And the best thing is that as it is a fish it contains much needed protien and it has good chelestrol and omega 3 also. It's very easy spicy and fun to make this recipe. HELLO FRIENDS.. Hope all of you liked my first recipe on this blog which was very famous gajar ka halwa. Now today i am gonna talk about a delicious recipe which contain lots of protien. Its more famous among the children because it contains their favourite sauces, which satisfy all the taste bud of thier tiny mouths. So, today's recipe is chilli soyabean, it's not an indian recipe. It's a chinese recipe modified by indian as per their taste. so it got a twist. it's especially for the vegeterians as they are able to taste chilli chicken. its a substitute for the chilli chicken. But it has more protien than chilli chicken. Soyabean is very good for brain health. So you can give this dish to growing children for good brain health and over all protien.
